RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the delivered product. Contact briolettejewelryusa@gmail.com for a return authorization.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

  • Include original packaging and any free gift with purchase.

  • Sale items, sample sale items, personalized styles, and custom orders are final sale.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Take care when packing fragile products.

  • 10% restocking fee for all ordered rings.

  • Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.

RETURNING A GIFT

To return a gift, email briolettejewelryusa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the gift for store credit equal to the amount paid.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1: Contact briolettejewelryusa@gmail.com for a return authorization number (RA).

STEP 2: Return the item in original packaging in a shipping box.

STEP 3: Ship via insured mail service with signature required.

Failure to follow return instructions may result in refusal of return. Briolette Jewelry USA is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. Insure the package for the item's cost.
