SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We provide complimentary standard shipping for all orders. Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekday after 12pm ET, on a weekend, or on a holiday, it will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed. Allow 2 business days for processing after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Briolette Jewelry USA containing the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the specific products you ordered. Each product has its own lead-time, which can be found in its description.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping for all our items. Please be aware that some countries outside the U.S. may impose taxes, customs duties, or Import Fees, and the recipient will be responsible for covering these payments. These charges will be collected by FedEx, UPS, or DHL before the package can be delivered.

When shipping internationally, Briolette Jewelry USA cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by import issues. If a delivery is refused and the package is returned to Briolette Jewelry USA, the purchaser will be responsible for all charges incurred during the return process.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Locate the UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Clicking on the tracking number should redirect you to the tracking page on the respective UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS website. If clicking the number doesn't work automatically, simply visit www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to track the shipment of your order.
